We collect caregiver names, mobile numbers, zip codes, and family support details submitted during intake or mobile visits. Information is gathered solely to deliver parenting guidance.

Text messages provide program schedules, resource links, and care updates. Subscribers can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or request support by sending HELP to our program number.

Mobile information and personal data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All records are protected under strict encryption standards.

We may collect the following information when you enroll in the NextGen Parents program:

  • Device asset IDs (tablet, laptop, VR headset)
